We offer in store trading for trendy used/vintage items that are currently in season. We do not pay cash for any items traded, we only offer store credit at the rate of 50% of the chosen items sale price. store credit can be used exclusively at our retail locations, and does not expire.
Store credit will be issued in punch card form, and is not replaceable if lost or forgotten at time of purchase.
Unsanitary or damaged items will not be considered. This includes undergarments, items with strong smells, dirty items, ripped and stained items, or items with excessive pet hair.
In store trading is available by appointment only at our Figueroa street location ONLY.
Appointments must be made in advance and can be booked online or by phone. If you plan on bringing more than 2 garbage bags worth of items, book multiple consecutive appointments so that our staff has the proper time to appraise your items.
Weekend appointments are not available at this time.
