We offer in store trading for trendy used/vintage items that are currently in season and are 20 or more years old or a designer brand. We do not pay cash for any items traded, we only offer store credit at the rate of 50% of the chosen item’s sale price. Store credit can be used exclusively at our retail locations, and does not expire.  

• In store trading is available only by appointment exclusively at our Figueroa street location in Highland Park Los Angeles.  

• Store credit will be issued in punch card form, and is not replaceable if lost or forgotten at time of purchase.

• Unsanitary or damaged items will not be considered. This includes undergarments, items with strong smells, dirty items, ripped and stained items, or items with excessive pet hair.

• Appointments must be made in advance and can be booked online or by phone.

• If you plan on bringing more than 2 garbage bags worth of items, book multiple consecutive appointments so that our staff has the proper time to appraise your items.

• Weekend appointments are not available at this time.
